At DiZNEW, we are confident in our quality and take it very seriously. If you find issues with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your items.

Should there be any concerns about the quality of the product, please email us with your order details and high-resolution photos of the issues. If possible, providing a video would be even better.

As all orders are custom-made, we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we can issue a credit note to cover the full cost of your order.
